A Project of Hope

Berard House, established in 2016 in Niagara Falls, is a significant addition to Elevate Living's project portfolio as it was our first community affordable housing project. Working in collaboration with Gateway and other private, public, and not-for-profit organizations, this project provides vital housing services to tenants living with mental illness.

"This remarkable project will directly help people and uplift the entire community," said Gateway Executive Director John Osczypko. "It is a giant step towards our goal of improving the diversity and affordability of housing in our community."

At Berard Place, tenants benefit from on-site supports that empower them to engage in meaningful, productive activities and live independently within their community.
